The reason for my complaint was because I thought I read or was told my Murphy card would allow a 15 cent/gal discount through September. Apparently I read it wrong or was told wrong information. I even remember I was told before I got the Murphy Credit card the attendent told me Murphy may extend the 15 cent discount beyond September. So the mis-understanding caused my unhappyness.

Bryann Nicole was rude. Using coupons is one thing but customer service was terrible. She counted the amount of coupons 2 times amd still was wrong i even recounted them and she snatched them off the counter and recounted very rude. This is not customer service. She is the only one i have had issues with.

The fuel pump did not allow our debit to pay for the gas. We had to go to makie sure that there was plenty of money which there was, Then the pump we used was slower than a snail.

I went to a Murphy's USA in Marshall, MO on Sunday and purchased gas and lottery tickets. However, my lottery tickets did not print out. The cashier stated she didn't know how to pull them. I asked whom would I contact and the attendant stated that I could come back tomorrow to speak with the manager however I live in KS and was on my way home from Marshall, MO. The attendant reluctantly gave me the managers phone number. I bought 3 Powerball Tickets that I did not have in my possession. There should be additional training for attendants on this new technology. I had someone from Murphy USA to assist me, Sabrina and she was very helpful and understanding and gave me a rollback code to use. I will continue to go for gas but will not get lottery or go inside for anything.

Purchased two candy bars that were supposed to be 2 for $2.00. I was charged 1.39 a piece when I brought it to the attendants attention & she said she'd have to contact her manager then skipped right over me & moved onto the next customer. I thought it was very rude of her & even more rude that she didn't fix the problem & refund my overpaid amount.
