receipt printer still not working

Full receipts at the pump are not being printed. Requires standing in line to get a complete receipt vs the faster pay at the pump-pumping-receipt printed and going.

It's just that location, hard to get in and out of and typically very busy.

Wow! So you finally put more register tape into one of your pumps! I've bought gas several times, each time wanting to enter your gas give away, only to be disappointed because there was no tape in the printer. But, that's not why I'm 'dissatisfied' with my visit. That is because the price of gas goes down so very, very slowly, like maybe a penny per week, while the price of oil was so low that you almost had to give the gas away. But, then let a little thing like Spring Break come along, and WHAM! Over 20 cents per gallon, overnight!!! Now, I just have to wonder how can that be? Did the price of oil jump up 10 bucks per barrel? Why, no, I don't think so. Oh, how about 5 bucks per barrel? Uh, nope. So, it's just Murphy Oil wanting to gouge their customers... again. I swear, if I could afford a hybrid or an all electric car, I think I would, just to know I wouldn't be buying so much gas from you, anymore! You ought to be ashamed...

I had to wait to get to the pump. I did not see that the reader didn't work until the person in front of me left. There was a sign on the pump with a smiley face saying the reader didn't work and see Attendent. I had grandchildren with me, so it was very inconvenient to take them out of their car seats and carry them over to the Attendent booth and then there was a problem with the credit card reader outside the booth. The Attendent had to take my credit card and do something inside the booth. I find it unacceptable that not only did the pump reader but the attendants outside the window reader didn't work. Maybe you need some new equipment. I had to get the kids back in the truck and buckled up after paying the Attendent . It really was very inconvenient .

We shop at Walmart & you have a strategic alliance with Walmart. Therefore all Walmart Customers should receive the same benefits, regardless whether they have a Walmart Card or not. This is easily done. You have a Walmart receipt & younused a Debit card or you used another reward card with greater benefits overall or maybe they used cash or check. There should be no discrimination due to the full benefits of tour alliance with all Walmart. Thank you! Albert Haddad (210) 216-0166

I was neither satisfied or dissatisfied with the the experience. Just the usual routine at a Murphy's with no amenties, such as coffee or soft drink dispenser. So, the median score seems appropriate.
