I seen a charge for an extra $14.99 and was concerned so asked help from Josh. He responded with ohh well you made the mistake and at this point there is nothing you can do. I then asked him what the extra charge was for he said it's just a pump error. I told josh I wasn't paying an extra $14.99 for no reason. His response was "welll you already" with a sarcastic smirk. I then told him I'm not sure what the next steps above you are but I need this to be resolved. He said "there's nothing I can do, do you want me to call my manager?" I responded with yes. Josh then proceeds to go into the enclosed register, calls whomever and starts laughing. Comes back again with a sarcastic smirk and responded with "yea nothing I can do". At this point I am now frustrated with Josh I told him there is something you can do because I'm not paying an extra $14.99 for no reason. He said he'd call his manager back. After dealing with this same sarcasm and rude behavior I told him I needed his managers name and phone number.

Gas pump took roleback card for 25 cents off a gallon and did not pump my gas.
