I wish to apply for the murphy visa that has the 15cents per gallon by mail ,because I do not do applications on line due to being 74 yrs old and not trusting. it seems that no one has an application form to give me. I placed several calls to your office and they gave me numbers for the bank , it seems they are not up to date and cannot take the application. having spent my time and effort and not getting any results, I thought to do the survey and let you know my problem. my info jerry hebert phone 3373632256 if you can mail me an application 101 jean vidrine dr. ville platte ,la. 70586

Brought a coupon given to me by this app and the cashier got rude with me. She thought I was scamming her and had no idea how to handle ringing it up.

First pump I went to the outside cover had been pryed or barely attached. It did have the sticker though, but the keypad didn't work it was the interior pump on the end like 9 or something. Then I go to pump 1 and the LCD screen is fried- could not see a thing but went by memory on entering the info.

After I finished pumping gas, I selected to print my receipt. The receipt printed and I retrieved it. When I read the receipt, it showed that I had been charged $38.02 for the gasoline. The actual reading on the pump was $29.00 this sale, 15.72 gallons, Pump 10. I went to the cashier's window, gave her the receipt, and asked why the receipt showed more than I had actually pumped. The cashier asked me what the pump number was, though it was clearly printed on the receipt I handed to her. There were 2 women inside the store area. A second cashier grabbed the receipt, looked at it, rudely told me that it was not my receipt, crumbled it up and threw it away. The cashier that I had given the erroneous receipt to then told me it was for the person before me. The receipt printed when I selected the option that I wanted a printed receipt after I had fueled up. The receipt was not left in the machine by the previous person the bought gas. Both cashiers were condescending and rude in the manner that they spoke to me, implying that I had taken a receipt that had been left in the machine. They kept the erroneous receipt and did not offer me any type of apology for the error.
