We're out of my cigarettes which happens often

Long lines. People parking in front where you can't even get in. Blocking you in.

Walmart closed a mini-store in my community and it is more difficult to get fuel now. I felt more appreciated getting exact amounts reduced from the fuel price rather than a percentage.

The store's selection was limited.

the attendant was behind the cigarette rack talking on her cell phone. I literally stood there a couple of minutes waiting on her to see me. then she continued to keep the cell phone in her hand while serving me. no hi, thanks, bye, love ya, seeya, NOTHING.

I don't score anything highly, always room for improvements

Simply because the actual layout of the pumps and buildings are crowded especially when several vehicles are there at once.

It's self service gas where no customer service is involved. The price is 2 cents a gallon lower than the station across the street. I mean I'm satisfied, but to be highly satisfied the only way to get there at a self service gas station is a major price difference.

Sometimes the pumps don't hold when trying to use the to lock the latch that holds the trigger on the pump. It always pops off and I have no choice but to hold it manually. It's a little inconvenient when trying to wash windows or clean trash from car, etc. Other than that, I appreciate the variety of ways you offer to save even more on gas, snacks, etc.!
