I have purchased fuel at various Murphy locations saving up Rollback Codes. Now NONE of 15-20 Rollback Codes are accepted at the pump. Each one generates the message "already used" which is NOT TRUE!!! No place did the Rollback Codes state an expiration date. What a ripoff!!!

Prices for Gas changes twice within a couple of hours regularly at this station. This happens often at this station.

The pump malfunctioned, the attendant was rude, the property/gas pumps were filthy dirty.

I have phoned Murphy & Walmart Credit as instructed by Chris at Murphy. I am a consistent, loyal customer of Murphy for fuels. I use Walmart credit & have excellent payment record. Last night I went to Cornersville station & filled wife's truck. I went back within 30 minutes & filled 1 five gal. diesel & 1 five gal. gasoline containers. I cut off pump each time & went to fill my truck & my credit card was refused. Ok I think too many transactions in 24 hr period but at Walmart in Lewisburg today I was refused again & had to use another credit card. Jerry (Walmart Credit) tells me that computer randomly selects who gets cut off & I must call in to be reinstated. This is an inconvenience & is wrong on so many levels with an account in good standing & good credit history like mine. I can understand this happening on questionable accounts, but not mine. Walmart, Murphy, & IT people need to sit down and decide new parameters to stop such an inconvenience. Both Chris and Jerry were as helpful as possible. Thank you for your consideration.
