1. Receipt did not print at pump. 2. I had to walk to the window to ask for a receipt 3. Attendant gave me the wrong receipt. 4. I had to inform attendant the receipt he gave me was wrong one 5. Why do I pay at the pump if the machine isn't going to work? 6. Make sure all pumps can print a receipt at ALL times.

While I was at the Murphy USA station the pumps would stop fueling and when I pushed the help button no one came to check the issue.

Clerk rude, and did not say thank you. Experience this a lot at this location. I have to stop in here daily, due to cigarettes. Never get a thank you from any one at this location, and most are rude. First survey I have done. Really fed up with not being told thank you.

Pump authorized Gas but did not receive any gas - was charged $.20 and when I told the clerk the next morning she told me I probably got $.20 worth of gas but I know nothing came out. Because I was putting the gas on to a gas can and there was no gas in it. Then I had to go to different Gas station and had to pay $1.999 for gas
