Cc option at the pump was not working. The point is to get in and out. Begger was bothering customers. Slow at the register.

Whenever I go to this Murphy and also the Murphy at walmart Mission on Expressway 83 half the time the pumps dont work properly...receipt doesnt print or the key pad doesnt work or this time the card reader was not working. I like to pay at the pump quickly and get my receipt. I do not like to waste time going to the window but 90 percent of the time I end up going to the window because something on the pump is not working. I only keep going to Murphy because of the price of the gas otherwise I would go to somewhere where I can truly pay at the pump and get my receipt as well. The pumps are not fixed right away ...it takes months and months and sometimes are never fixed.

They never have paper in the pumps to print out a reciet. We always have to go get one from inside. It is as if nobody has been shown how to put in a new roll of paper.

I often go to this Walmart because it is close to my house and I often buy gas here. Nearly always, the receipt does not print because I guess there is no paper. So this time, as usual, I went to the window to pick up my receipt. It was very cold out and misting. The attendants had the window shut and were counting the money at the register in order to change cashiers. We had to wait in the cold while they finished doing what they had to do. If the pumps at this station had paper in them then this wouldnt happen nearly every time I pump gas here. It was just especially miserable today because of the weather and the wait for the window to open.

Almost every time I fuel up I never get a reciept. Attendee always give the excuse of pump not working. This has been going on for years.

No matter when I visit this Wal-Mart Murphy Gas location, they NEVER have paper in the machine for a printed receipt. Morning noon or night I ALWAYS have to go to the counter and a printed receipt and it does not matter which pump I use. This is disturbing at night as a woman driver alone at night. There is a barricade of snack items shelving blocking the counter and one must walk around to get to the cashier person. I think it is a safety hazard for both cashier and customer, as well as a security issue for both customer and cashier as the line of sight is blocked if, heaven forbid one is attached. That aside, my biggest pet peeve is NEVER any paper for a printed receipt. I don't know if they just never put any in to force you to visit the cashier and entice you to buy a snack, or they are not conscientious enough to keep the paper supplied. Which ever the case, this is not a good thing when you are concerned about safety and you are in a hurry. Please speak with management about resolving this issue and I will consider using this station on a regular basis as it is nearby.

Gas prices are inconstant with the bulletins and the receipts were illegible.
