The attendant wasn't attentive. She appeared to be counting stock right at the window when I walked up. This isn't the first time I've experienced the same attendant making myself and others wait for no apparent reason. I once pulled up to the pump right next to the door and asked if she would turn on the pump because I was paying with cash and wasn't sure how much it would be since I was filling up my tank. I don't do this or ask often, but I was told by her that I had to *pay* first before she would turn on the pump. I then mentioned that I was right next to the door and I'm sure that she could see (as well as any cameras) my license plate. Needless to say, I had to walk to the other side of the vending machines to the window to give her the cash. Then I pumped my gas and had to walk *BACK* to the window for my change. When I started this process, no one else was at the service station. But when I finished pumping, I ended up waiting in a line of about 4 people. If I were on a far away pump I could understand it somewhat, but I was right next to the door where she could come out. Her Customer service skills are lacking. However, I was offered to buy some candy 2 for 1. - Sad!

Card reader was extremely slow. Acted like it was going to work and then cancelled out. Did this a few times before I realized it wasn't going to work. Attendant said she knew about it, but there was no sign indicating that it wasn't operating.

I often stop at this location for gas as it is on my way from work and the price is usually the cheapest in town. Tonight I pulled in and started pumping before I realized the ridiculous price for the gas. It was 2.29 for regular whereas the Murphy’s down the street was 2.07 according to gas buddy. HEB was 2.07, as was Shell which is about a mile down Red Bud lane. Was the attendant asleep at the wheel or did someone hit the wrong switch?

I Travel everyday from the Waco area down to Hutto For work and I often stop by gas stations to buy gas and lottery tickets. I will not be returning to this location because this is not the first time this has happened. Something small but irreversible. I bought powerball numbers with a 30 year payout. instead, she gave me the cash option. She needs to pay better attention to her customers. When she showed me the ticket, I told her I asked for the 30 year payout and this says cash. I told her you cant reverse this! she turns to the person behind her to verify and now I'm stuck. she never greets me when I'm at the window. Just kinda gives a look. this lady needs to be retrained. I am around truckers and such all day and I'm used to "rough" people but c'mon guys! I think Ill stick to my flying J's and Jarrell Town center from now on until you have time to fix this.

The card reader at the pump immediately cancelled after inputting the PIN. The debit card is valid and the proper code was used. The card was used inside the main store (supercenter) within the next 45 min and went through without error. When cancelling, the cancellation process took too long (greater than 2 min) the 2 attempts. The card reader did work for a regular credit card without error.

I did not like preauthorizatio of $151.00 on my debit card when I only pumped $11.00. That ties up 140.00 until you process the actual amount. I won't be doing business with you again if that is your sop.
