Many of the pumps are usually out of printing material and we have to go to the attendant and get receipts. Sometimes there will be multiple people standing in line for cigarettes, snacks or lottery tickets, causing long waits for the receipts. We have discussed going across the street and paying a few cents more for our gas, just because of the inconvenience.

the pump did not work when trying to put in the pin and debit card info. I had to move to another pump. I did tell the attendant but no one went out to cover this pump b/c others kept pulling up and getting upset as well

The fuel price is too high. The cashier was so busy talking to someone in the booth, that she didn't see me walk up. Socializing shouldn't negatively impact customer service.

I/we visit this location several times a week with our two vehicles. We always ask for a receipt at the pump. Too many times we must go to the cashier, wait while lottery tickets, cigarettes or other items are purchased, because the pump is out of paper.

went to two pumps with sign on them about key pad not working. the one I used(3rd) one was out of paper so had to go to booth to get a receipt.

The pump wouldn't operate when I pushed buttons wouldn't work I tried 3 times. I went to another pump but it was not working to pay at pump had to pay attendant after pumping gas.
