couldn't use my bluebird card

It would of been nice to have been greeted when I stepped up to the window. It would of been nice to have been treated as I am by other that work there. I visit my local murphy store #7201 at least 3 to 5 times a week.

Gas was too high

I walked up to pay for my gas I said hello how are you she said nothing then I said I want to get gas on this first pump she said swipe your card!!! So I did then she handed me a receipt and never said ty come sgain or nothing I said I will have a good day thank you then I left . I felt as if the cashier either don't like her job or not a people person period!!! Not very professional when if not for cust she wouldn't have a job , kinda disappointed in Murphy need better kindness ty have a great day ! Tina Childress

Pump price was $2.069 with a $.03 discount using a WalMart discount card. I was charged $2.099 a gal.I bought 15.958 gals. And my bill was $33.50. I almost buy 100% of my gas at Murphy but if this is the way business is done I may need to reconsider. I don't like being deceived.

I waited in line 5 minutes to get to the window only to have them doing shift change it took her 10 mins to count the money which you would think would be done without people having to wait. Then instead of paying attention to the customer at the window she is on cell phone worried bout something besides the job she should be doing. worse experience there yet!!!

Didn't even end up getting all I needed b/c staff was rude and slow

I always purchase my fuel with my Wal Mart card and always get 3 to 5 cents off the price for using card. Sign at gas station indicated 3 cents off but I did not get anything off on my gas. the price was $1.889 per gallon and even though I used my Wal Mart card there was no 3 cent reduction. The savings would have only been 42 cents so I did not complain to gas attendant. There was probably nothing she could do about it anyway. Maybe there was problem at pump. I decided to report in the event other people might have had same problem and action needs to be taken. I normally deal with Milledgeville Wal Mart since prices are cheaper than in Eatonton, Georgia. Just wanted to make you aware of this problem in case action needed to resolve.
