It's a long walk to get a receipt when you have to leave your truck with stuff in it, when you asked for receipt and printer was out of paper, happens way to often and crooks today are might fast, they can steal your truck and drive off with it in a wink of an eye while your walking to window for the receipt you didn't get

PUMP WAS WAY TOO SLOW, RECEIPT DID NOT PRINT CLEARLY, HAD TO GET DUPLICATE FROM CASHIER AND MOST IMPORTANTLY RESTROOM WAS CLOSED AGAIN. I SAW ATTENDANT LOCK IT WHEN I DROVE UP!!! IT SEEMS THAT THIS IS THE CASE OVER 75% OF MY VISITS.

The clerk did not greet me nor did she say thank you. It is VERY important to me that the clerk say thank you. There are two other gas stations within a mile of Murphy that have similar products and competitive prices. Customer service is the most important reason I choose to shop at your store.

When getting my receipt at the pump I discovered it was out of paper, so I went to the register to notify the employee and get my receipt. Without saying a word she merely printed my receipt tossed it into the counter and continued to pay attention to her phone. Bottom line is she was extremely rude and made no attempt to fix the problem. So I said very kindly thank you and have a nice day, upon which the employee looked at me and said nothing. I've had good experiences in the past, but I was highly disappointed this time

Around 2:30 went to pump 12 and would not let me input my information. It cancelled my transaction and I went to the window where I saw the sales clerk outside the building. I asked Laura(I believe that was her name) was pump 12 working, and she said that key pad was not working. I then said to her that she need to put something on pump to keep customer's from having the problem I did and she just walked away. Since other side was blocked off I left and returned to same side different pump at 14:25:50 to pump gas. I went to pump 12 to check if it had been tagged off for not working, when I noticed the clerk did nothing I took a picture. This is not first time this has happened. They could at least have the courtesy to bag off pumps that are not working so their customer's will not go through routine of getting out of car to pump gas at a pump they know will not work. I feel Laura was rude from just walking away without trying to make her customer happy. Some of the customers are rude and unwilling to help customer's out.

the person was rude. I asked her not to touch my phone and she said that's how she does it. plus she had two small children back by the cigettet and had the boy hand them to her. got the wrong kind and and she acted like it was my fault.

there was no free window wash fluid in the three containers on my side of the cash register booth. I went to the register and was told that "yes he knew the window wash containers were empty, because he emptied the containers". he told me he emptied the containers but did not fill them because he had customers waiting. I told him i was waiting to use window wash and he told me i would have to wait because there was a customer behind me. This is my third year in texas and enjoying my life, but things happen. And in the big picture a little free window washing fluid is not a big problem. the guy did listen and explained to me his position. Hey, Walmart who would have guessed. You do provide a good service... God Bless walter
