Lauren greeted me cordially, asked how she could help and proceeded to offer additional discounted items giving information clearly and using posted advertising to explain her offer. The fuel pump was in good working order, accurate, and offered another receipt to be printed. My transaction took less time than usual and I was able to proceed to the main store for additional purchases.

The young lady was very nice. Represented Murphy very well.

We tried to use the vacuum cleaner and it did not work but there is no way for the coins to come back out. There is not a coin release button. So my husband went to the attendant to let them know that it was out of order so that no one else would try to use it and he wasn't expecting a refund. He waited his turn and when he got to her, he told her about the situation and turned to walk away, she then said "Sir, would you like your money back". He was totally surprised. It was a pleasant surprise.
