Murphy USA

I was looking for ethanol free fuel. It is not available. I was on E so I had to take what I could get. There is not a direct way to get to this location as the Wal-Mart parking lot leading to and from this gas station is a bit of a maze. I resent having to do the song and dance of buy a gift card to save 3 cents a gallon or 39 cents on this transaction. The receipt paper in the pump was out, and I was further delayed getting out because I had to walk around to get the receipt and stood in line behind some old fart buying lottery.

There were only 4 pumps open and the card reader was not working on 2 of them. The paper towel dispenser was empty at both pumps on the side I used.

Gas pump was bagged and out of order

The price for the premium gas was 12 cents per gallon higher than the other stations in the area.

Regular pall mall smokers had to buy Marlboro both times in 5 days due to none of our regular cigarettes being out of stock. Sign says guaranteed in stock but to no avail have we been able to buy pall mall. Hope this will be resolved by next time we have to buy. Thanks

The sign on the lawn for diesel was$2.35 , my receipt came up$2.499per gallon, I spoke to young man about the pricing. EM Sharrock 423-488-2885

Murphy has lost me as a customer. Since there is a Food City with a brand new pump I will be stopping there now. This Manager is constantly lacking in his attentiveness to pump repair.

I was satisfied

I was returning from a rather long trip on a very long day of work and the pumps were lit up but apparently you do not sell gas after hours even though paying at the pump makes this entirely possible and convenient. I will never stop at another Murphy after 9pm because it could be a waste of my time.
