The cashier greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help. She knew the location of the product. She completed the transaction efficiently, and asked if I needed lighters or anything else. It was a quick transaction.

Cashier was friendly and efficient, prompt service, very good customer service skills and I always take note of how cashier's interact with their customers. I actually stopped shopping some place where I was SHOCKED how I was treated. Really made me sad that this is what the world is coming to. So Thank you for teaching good customer service skills to your Team!
