The price shown at the station was $1.95. There were signs all over stating that with a Walmart card you got .03 cents off each gallon. However, I was charged 1.95 for the gas. This has happened at both Austin & Buda, Tx station lately. Why is this?

The location is too busy and most the time have to wait for a pump way too long. Location is a shopping center and too many contract workers fulling up with trailers being pulled behind them.
