More gas pumps available

Pump did not work and inside attendant didn't care and I left and took my business down the road. I spent $52.71 And got a tank of gas at HEB instead

There were very long lines for the pump. You had push a flap above the nozzle for fuel to select the type of fuel. I did it and the pump showed finished. I had to do it twice to select the fuel I wanted.

Cashier was very unsocialable. I was unaware that Austin TX has a ban on plastic bags. I purchased multiple items that would have been difficult to carry to the car. I asked for a bag and she stated "we dont have bags." I asked her why and she just said "we dont do plastic bags" I asked again "why" and she didnt say anything at all. I just grabbed my things and walked out. My husband went to get snuff right after me. He had a coupon that said 2 cans for $2. After she rang it up she said he owed $7.98. My interpretation of this visit is 1. She doesn't seem to want to provide customer service and 2. She doesn't seem to be very attentive to customer needs and/or satisfaction. Hopefully next visit at a Murphys will be better, this visit was only a drive thru from Corpus Christi vacation back home to Fort Worth.

For one the pump was so slow i felt the gas was running out. I wonder if I really got the amount of gallons it said. While I was waiting for the never ending fill up I was approached by two different people begging for money. I was so irritated by the slow pump and when I told each person no the second person spit on my truck which I just washed. I was going to make a complaint to the attendant but then I noticed this servey on the receipt and decided it would be better to do it this way. It's not like the attendant could do much since the inappropriate bums were gone by the time it took me to fill up the supr slow gas service. I try to only has up at murphy stations but this experience has made me reconsider my primary fuel station. I travel 3k miles a week for work and spend a lot of money with Walmart since I grocery/fuel shop here. I never do surveys but this experience I had I felt I should let whom it my concern know.

Everything was getting taken down... Dno if they were fixing it or if it was just getting torn down

There was a man by the gas pumps looking very suspicious and kept walking and driving around all over. They looked like they were getting ready to commit a crime. And since all employees are inside, it did not feel safe there.
