I walked in the first and right behind me was another guy who had already been in there but he just cut in front of me and start talking to her and he had a problem and she waited on him instead of waiting on me so I went to Jazmine the Caucasian lady never acknowledged me or said let me handle her first or anything

Well you clearly have a lottery machine in your store, and I have a IHope card and your attendant was not trained on how to use the card to make purchases. So she had printed off the tickets then I was able to get them, because she could not charge me for them. I feel all your employees need to know how to use the IHOPE card if you are going to sell lottery at this location. So because of this I will not be going back to this location ever again!
