The card reader at the pump read the gift card, but the pump would not pump. The receipt printed the beginning and ending balance on the card (same amount) but printed $0.00 for the price/gal, net/gal, fuel total and net total. The attendant came over, and had my husband use a different gift card, which worked.

I do not believe that there is enough diesel pumps for those of us who need this type of fuel.

Always a long waiting line

I was checking out and a customer from abm security was like almost in my lap as I was checking out and the attendant apologized for the gentlemans rude behavior and I said something as well was just upset and thought that the idiot security officer was trying to get my usaa info which I wouldn't have put it past him since be looked like he slept in his abm security uniform and smelled funky the attendant did ok with making sure he took care of Mr nasty perhaps I all should sell soap on a rope anyhow enough of my rant.

I work for a competitor, and I only filled up there because it was on my direct path home, and the price of gas was cheaper by about 17 cents per gallon.

Your pump kept printing my credit card receipt over and over. Very unsafe as if I would have left, someone would have had my information. You need to fix your pumps so as it doesn't print duplicate receipts over and over. You also need to have people check the pumps so as they are functioning properly including the receipt printout.

I don't believe that Murphy USA listens to us customers. Nor do I believe that Murphy USA handles customer service concerns. Nor do I believe that Murphy USA actually values us as customers. I have had numerous issues with Murphy USA, but I have not heard from Murphy USA staff to rectify these issues regarding customer service and service location issues.
