Lines were going both directions some even for the same fuel pump. There was no way to tell who was in line first due to there being no required side in which to pull up to the pump. Attendant was doing required work duties, and the line was backed up 9-11 customers and I was forced to wait in the line in order to pay because theb"pay at pump" was impossible to work due to the screen not working.
