I knew I needed more than 6 gallons but when the meter got to that count the hose feeding the gas into my car started to shudder and vibrate, I wondered what that was all about but then I figured the auto shut-off might be having a problem. Well it did shut down after the shudder but I know my tank was not full. So I squeezed the lever and it started pumping again and then went to 10.271 gallons and I knew that would be more like it. Kinda unsettling thought, what else might it had been?
