When there is a line of customers circling the whole inside of the store, there is three employees behind the one cash register that is open and it takes them ten minutes to realize that they should probably open the second cash register.

Discount code did not work at pump. Cashier did not apply proper discount. Should have been .10 cent/gal, only gave me .07 cent/gal

Pump did not accept my Citibank VISA credit card Went inside, clerk took my credit card (the same one I tried at the pump) and it worked fine inside. Had to wait in line. Had to estimate amount of gas used, rather than using the pump.

pump did not shut off and burped diesel on my car, waste of money and made a mess of my wax job! Said something to attendant who said sorry. Maybe only $ .50 of diesel but still a waste and pollution plus my time to wash and rewax my car.

Waited for pump. Noticed other vehicles leacing without fueling. Finally pulled in and had to go to office. They had already made a $50 charge to my card and had to enter larger refund than gas I purchased. I did not like all the book work this took and I will have to watch at billing time.
