i had to go inside to pay when i wanted to pay at the pump something wrong with card scanner

half the pumps were not working on a sunday when people gas up for the week. Drove up to a working pump and a worker waved me away to fill-up at another pump because she was wiping the face of the pump (slow as a snail)

Clerk didnt say anything when i walked in. Just did the transaction, and gave me my reciept.

highly satisfied is a goal that is hard to reach. Maybe if someone pumped my gas and cleaned the glass. Get points or cash back towards future gas refills. innovation and or customer service different and/or above and beyond everybody else. you did not reach this level in my opinion.

A customer was too far in front of the gas pump and I could not reach the pump that I was using so I had to move my vehicle and go to the other side. I know sometimes people are inconsiderate
