First off, my compliments to Karen S for great customer service. Karen always greets customers with a smile. She explained the situation of what my complaint will consisted of. My major complaint is that I have been a customer of Murphy USA for years, and have probably purchased over $1200 a year in fuel yearly and the Champaign, Il. North Prospect Ave. is removing 93 octane and replacing it with 91 octane at the same price. My car requires 93 octane minimum and don't want to put the lower grade in my car. Why does a district manager select a lower grade octane when I see many sports cars stopping for the higher grade at Murphy.

Hate the TV's!!! I do not have a TV in my home, primarily because I do not enjoy being bombarded with advertisements, and am extremely offended that I'm FORCED to listen to ads while I'm PAYING for fuel! Take them out!

ID's should not be scanned into a computer when purchasing tobacco products. I asked the attendant not to scan my ID. I don't want to end up in a database. I have no problem providing ID for purchase. Looking at the ID is sufficient to obtain the legal age required for tobacco purchase. The attendant would not comply with my request to not scan the ID. I will not be back to any MurphyUSA for tobacco, gas, or any other purchase until this policy is removed. I have the right to purchase tobacco products without being tracked. I never fill out these surveys, but I want my voice to be heard in this instance. Since I'm sure you won't change the policy, I won't be back, and I'll tell everyone I know who uses tobacco products not to purchase at MurphyUSA because they track you.

The Diesel pump was very very slow in filling my tank. This is the 3 rd time this month. The window wash was frozen solid at 30 degrees out side.

I don't like those stupid TV's that are now on top of the pumps. They are to loud and very annoying. Please turn the volume down on them and put something else on them instead of those stupid advertisements. The best thing to do is to remove them all together. That just goes to show how Walmart likes to waste money.

the attendant was RUDE!!! he was gone someplace at first and then when he returned he was very rude and no greeting and no thank you and acted as if it was a bother to print me a receipt that the pimp did not print at all. I have had problems with these pumps several times where they either do not print at all OR the middle of the ticket has a white line with missing numbers.

1> I do not like the new discount policy. 2> I swiped my card twice trying to get the 5 cent discount. I am disabled so not only was I frustrated with the new policy I had to make two trips inside to get my gas. I was so tired after pumping my gas I had to cut my shopping trip short.
