I was unable to pay at the pump. I have a prepay Walmart card. I can pay at the pump and fill up my tank, at most Murphys. But I always have problems at this one, since they upgraded. It's very annoying. One of the main reasons that I use Murphy is so I may use my card and fill my gas tank.

The reciept printer is cutting off the survey code at the bottom of the paper. Attendent generated a legible copy for me. Earlier today at 09:39, l used the same pump. I did not look at my reciept until tonght. This receipt is also missing the survey code. This is pump 5.

I didn't notice price was 11 cents higher than all the regular gas stations I went by until after I filled up. It is always at least 10 cents lower than other locations. From now on I'll check before I go to Walmart and Murphy's. Still can't believe you were highest price in town.

After I pumped gas, I had to go to register to get receipt after using my walmart credit card and then didn't realize until i got home that I did not get my 5% discount for using the walmart credit card.

This time it was that the card reader at the pump where I intended to fill up a few days ago was still not working - not the mark of an attended station. Also, not today because the card reader was inoperable, but many, too many times at this particular Athens, TN Walmart the pump reader does not work and prompts to re-insert the card or see the attendant. I've reported this before by phone. Neglected pumps is an irritation that causes people to go elsewhere. I'd say 'a word to the wise...' but A word doesn't seem to get any attention. Maybe a better phrase would be 'Many words to the slow'. What do you think??

the card readers were not working, and were not working last week. the attendant said the problem had been reported, but they could not get the parts. there is no excuse for failing to repair the system in over a week, evidently, the D.M. does care about customer service

Too often the pumps respond with "clerk notified", which means a delay while someone does something. This doesn't happen every time, of course, but more than acceptable. Of the places I trade, this is the only one where the problem occurs. It is a Walmart that likely does a lot of business. I have reported previously by phone and the problem seemed to have been corrected, but it is back again. I think Walmart and Murphy can do better. Why not have routine inspections. The local clerks are powerless except to apologize. Except for this, your station is fine!

Signage for gas said...$1.73 per gallon. Went into Walmart to load my gift card with $40 to fill up my tank because I was on past empty. Went to Murphy. Signage still read...$1.73 per gallon. Ok, so with using a gift card I would get a 3 cents discount...bringing the price of the gas to...$1.70 per gallon. As I am pumping and planning on filling up, I look at the pump and the discount price is charging me...$1.86 per gallon after my 3 cents discount. Which means the actual price of gas before any discount was...$1.89 per gallon. When I notice this, I decide not to fill up and just get enough gas to get me through the next couple of days back and forth to work. I only purchased 8.026 gallons, when I would have purchased 17-18 gallons. I bring this to the attention of the attendant that there is a "16 CENTS" difference in the SIGNAGE PRICE and the ACTUAL PRICE. And I felt I was owed a refund for the difference in price. I was told they could do nothing about it and I needed to contact Murphy USA. So, I am contacting. I feel I am owed $1.28 on what I purchased from Murphy USA for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. There were many more that day that were RIPPED OFF by MURPHY USA. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
