I got 10.02 in gas and my card was charged 22.14 this made my next visit my card was declined

There are 4 islands at this station. That makes 8 actual pumps. One of the islands (2 pumps) had signs on it saying the card reader did not work. Nobody was using those pumps, There were extremely long lines (3 to 4 cars) at each of the other pumps. Nobody pays cash anymore to fuel their vehicle. The card readers not working is NOT acceptable and should be repaired IMMEDIATELY!!! Also, the tv screen at the pump always asks if I would like to buy a car wash. THERE IS NO CAR WASH AT THIS LOCATION!!! Please reprogram your user interface so that it does not try to sell me things that cannot be obtained!!! Also, there was lots of trash blowing around the fueling area.
