When I approached the window the attendant acted like she knew me even though it is the first time I had ever seen her . She was very courteous , and told me about the survey . She also told me she hoped I won , thanked me for coming , and told me to have a great afternoon . I was very impressed with her friendly attitude . She made my visit a very pleasant one and I will pass this on to other customers . Thank You for hiring such a sweet lady .
