Murphy USA

With the time change this weekend it gets dark early and I needed to get fuel on my way home. The Murphy location did not have a single light on. The parking lot and pumps were pitch dark the only light was coming for the screen on the pump. I felt very unsafe and if there was another station close on my way home I would have gone somewhere else. I believe Murphy USA could be opening themselves up to a liability if a customer is attacked in the darkness getting fuel.

Pump did not print receipt Price higher than local stores not accepting WMCC

The pump shows the wrong price for fuel. It does not print a receipt at the pump and the receipt from the attendant is very hard to read. I was here possible 2 weeks before and I experienced the same problems.

I went to fill up my tank at ~4:30AM since I was nearing empty (~50 miles left). When I went to fill up my tank the pump was not pumping any gas. I tried Pump 9 first at 4:32AM with no luck. I tried again at Pump 5 at 4:35AM with no luck. It was a waste of my time and if I had truly been on an empty tank I would have been left in precarious position. Usually the service is good at Murphy's USA, but this is the first time I have been dissatisfied with my service here.

I stopped by Murphy's to buy cigarettes and something to drink. I thought it would be an easy transaction, and it ended up turning into a nightmare. I was charged for 3 packs of cigarettes when I specifically asked for two, and had presented a coupon for two packs of cigarettes. The attendant went ahead and took it upon herself to ring me up for 3 packs of cigarettes. I then was holding the line up because I wanted a refund, because I only wanted 2 packs. She refunded my card, and I had to call my bank to make sure my funds weren't completely drained. She had tried to ring the correct amount for the two packs of cigarettes, and it was denied. So I sadly had to reach into my cash that was for bills in order to pay for the correct amount. And to top it all off my coupon wasn't even honored. She ended up giving me a dollar off customer appreciation coupon making me spend more than I had planned and now I'm having to wait a week to get my money reimbursed on my card. I understand accidents happen and miscommunication happens to the best of us, but I feel that if the clerk had listened to me better then this would not have happened. I'm very upset, but all is said and done.

Mary definitely provided the best customer service. She greets me everytime and talks to my 8 year old! I Highly suggest you go to Murphy on your next gas station visit!!

Cigarettes are to expensive, keep going up!

The attendant was turned around taking inventory of the cigarettes did not acknowledge my presence after a few minutes I said excuse me still did not turned around, finally turned around I asked for cigarettes she rolled her eyes at me proceeded to get the wrong cigarettes when i told her what cigarettes I wanted she slammed the other ones back got me the right ones I didn't ask for her name but the receipt says Brittany I work in the customer service industry and her behavior is appalling I use to frequent this location and the attendants were extremely friendly, I will not be coming back as long as this person works at this location

The attendant ignored me standing at the window for at least 5 minutes because she was talking on her cellphone. This is not the first time that Sharron has done this either.
