I always pay by debit card. However, this location had a sign on the door that only cash transactions could be made. I had to go to the Walmart to get cash to complete my transaction. Was told by attendant that location experience a power surge 2 DAYS PRIOR to my visit and it knocked out the computer where no debit or credit transactions could be made. This was utterly disgusting that an entity your size and prestige would not have resolved this situation ASAP!!! In addition to I had to go the extra mile to get cash, but to think of all the sales (via debit/credit cards) you lost over the last two days because someone at a higher level in your corporate structure FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB in getting this computer malfunction resolved ASAP! Just totally unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no paper towel at the pump area. one gas pump is not working on regular grade of gas

This location is very close to home and should be the location I want to visit, but due to the things that happen here most times I choose to go other places. Most times the lot is dirty, always beggars on the property, others trying to get people to give them cash to put gas on a credit card they have which is probably stolen. When paying at the pump and wanting a receipt no paper to print so now forced to go inside enter a line just for this receipt. Sometimes the personel inside is rude and appears not to want the job.

The line was too long, over 10 client was waiting for check out. There was only one attendant.

The small store space was too crowded. It would make more sense to have an open store or pay at a window. There was no room for all the people waiting to pay.

I always pay at the pump with a card, on this occasion pumped seemed no accepting get transaction and appeared to see attendant,so decide to pay insided. Attendant was not polite at all

I stopped to buy cigarettes. I was asked by the attendant if I wanted the "5 pack special". The 5 pack special was to buy a 1/2 carton($28.75). What I didn't notice until I left and read the receipt is that the 5 pack special is MORE than just buying 5 packs of cigarettes. Note: the advertised special is $5.06/pack. Why did the attendant do that? Oh yeah..more profit for Murphy Oil. Not happy at all. As consumers, we should be able to trust in the companies we buy from. I shouldn't have to calculate every purchase, just to make sure I'm not getting taken all the time. At this point, I'm highly disappointed. I should get a refund, a gift card, etc for the fact that I have all intentions of spreading the word that Murphy Oil will scam their customers, just for profit. Once again, the consumer LOSES, big companies WIN.

In the past 2 weeks I have filled up 3 times at various pumps at this location. With each fill-up none of the pumps printed out a receipt. Today I told the attendant who can care less. If the attendant is to install the paper tapes in the pumps, they are not. The women would rather chatter between themselves.
