Asked for Marlboro Menthol Lights 100's (Gold pack). Didn't notice until I got all the way home that the attendant gave me Marlboro Menthol EXtra Light (Silver Pack).

I've never experienced a problem at this location before with any other cashiers but this time was very different. The cashier Regina Ve was holding a personal conversation with another coworker while on the register & messed up my gas, as well as messed up the customer near my pump too. When brought it to her attention she didn't even remember that she had just rung me up a few seconds before bringing the problem to her attention & instead of taking her part in the mistake & apologizing she insisted that it was my fault & had an attitude. My family & friends will definitely not be visiting this location ever again.

I pressed Unleaded Regular Gas button, The screen on the UNL Reg noted the amount of gas going into tank, and then calculated my gas at the UNL Plus price. UNL Reg price listed was $2.399 receipt reads UNL PLUS $2.649. 9.366 gallons cost $24.81. I took the receipt inside the store showed it to the clerk - Her response was if you hit between the buttons it will charge the UNL Plus price. I asked why don't you go look at the the pump's window and you will see that the UNL Reg window is the one that registered the gas I bought and it is the button I pushed. She said "you got some good gas today" I asked if she was going to refund me the difference - she said I would need to come in the morning and talk to the manager. Frequently, these pumps are out of receipt tape too. Today was my last time to use this station.

I intended to top off my gas tank, as my gauge register 1/4 tank low. I usually top it off at this point to get the best gas mileage. I use my Walmart Credit card as I get a good discount, the price was $1.619 for regular, with my discount it dropped to $1.569, which suited me. I put my card in the reader and followed the instructions. After the price discount was shown, I put the pump in my tank and was ready to pump, when I noticed the pump had jumped to $0.02. This is not a lot of money, but if 1,000 people are affected for 2 cents, that comes to $20.00, if that's done for 7 days, that comes to $140.00. Now I'm not accusing anyone at this point of wrongdoing, but the 1st attendant acted improperly, as she appeared to not understand my explanation. Also, she showed up before I registerd a complaint with them, saying she was there to change out the print paper, which appears to not be needed. She also proceeded to pump gas, to the amount of $0.87, unasked. I did not appreciate that. Another attendant came out later, and I retried my card, this time it reset to 0.00, I don't know or care why. If my card has extra charges, I'll know where it came from.

After I had filled my car with a FULL tank of gas, I continued by washing my windows with your window squeegy and paper towels. Close to the time I was finishing, the clerk from the office, came out to me and said "You need to move your car. There is a bus that has been waiting for you to move." He pointed behind me and there was a Casino type bus there. I had no idea he was waiting for me to move as he had never asked me to move ot told me he was waiting. I told your clerk that I had a right to clean my windows with the squeegy you had there as you rarely have them out and this time they were there. He told me I had to move my car and do it somewhere else so others can use the pumps. I told him I waited often for others to do the same and never complained and the bus driver should do the same. He said I did not have the right to "wash my car" and that I should take it to a car wash. I only cleaned my windows, NOT my car. His rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful confrontation assures that I will NOT be visiting your place again. Had he approached me nicely and said " Would you mind hurrying up or finishing what I was doing and explained why, I would gladly have done so. Shame!
