I pay at the pump with credit card so I will NOT have to go to the window (where is inevitably a line. I said I wanted a receipt but did not get one (for the third time I have been at this station. When I had to go to the window as I need a receipt for business purposes, the person said "it must be jammed sorry." The first time I went to this particular station, my pump ran over. I was on my way to work so smelled like gas all day. What else you want to hear about.

I asked for receipt at pump and it did not print. Then I had to wait in a long time wasted time to get my receipt for tax purposes.

I used my debit card to purchase fuel at the pump not only did it charge my card the 29.99 for fuel but also put a 75.00 hold on my card. Thus over drafting my acct. What is the point of doing debit which automatically takes from your acct when your going to hold hostage 75.00 on top of that. This is very displeasing as I am now going to have to pay a 30.00 overdraft fee due to your company. If I had done it at the register this wouldn't have happened I know because normally I'm buying other products and run debit at register and this never happens. The attendant didn't give me a bag for the 3 energy drinks I purchased & when I asked for one she told me all she has were small bags that just fit one drink so I had to take all 3 energy drinks without a bag.

Two attendants both were on break, not sure why. The register was left unattended. So you would have to wait for someone to approach you. A smart comment was made to me, "swipe your card just how you would at the pump!" I decided to swipe my debit card at the register instead of at the pump because I've had previous experiences where my card was not taken at the pump but at at the register and in turn it was charged twice. So my preference will always be at the register because of that. Turns out I did not need as much as I paid for to refill my tank. So I went back to the register as you should to either get your change back or receive directives on how you should be receiving your money. I waited for about three minutes for her to come back and tell me, "we'll put it back on your card." I really did not feel secure with that statement as from my previous encounters as stated above. Had no problem with it though, I'm a fair person. But she immediately left the register again to return to her "smoke break". I honestly felt completely rushed and unattended to.

we put our credit card in and it asked so many questions changing the yes and no spot and we ended up paying for but we did not want any things that you offered and we finally did get a receipt and you charged us $2.99 for some kind of 5 oz. SMB Express.
