Sometimes it takes too long to get through the line at the register or there is too many people in the parking lot that there is no where to park.

i do not like to be called or referred to as "honey, sweetie" etc. it shows disrespect and unprofessional, especially when the person it is being called to is obviously older than the attendant. mam or sir will do just fine
