A recurring problem at this location is failure of receipts to print at the pump. I usually try to pay at the pump for speed and convenience, but nearly every time I visit this location (once or twice a week) the receipt print fails every time, even when I try to use a different pump each visit, forcing me to go to the attendent for a receipt. This is starting to become very old and even though I may have to pay an extra 3-4 cents per gallon for gas, I will likely be going elsewhere for gas due to this recurring headache.

A recurring issue at this Murphy location is failure of the pump receipt printer. This has happened on different pumps with repeated occurrence. This would not be a problem if I didn't have to walk from the pump to the attendent, wait in line in 15 degree weather at 7am, and wait for the person in front of me and the attendent to finish their conversation on dogs. Even though this is my favorite place to get gas, it is not the only place to do so in town...far from it.

The receipt paper was out and I had to go to the attendant stand and wait in line for a duplicate receipt. Attendants do not properly service printers at the pumps

They need new machines that read cards better. Every time I go I always have to go up to the counter to have them ring my card through...and it's a new card.

Were located in NC, standing in line out in the cold and have to wait for the attendants to finish their personal conversation before acknowledging us paying customers, then proceed with a disgusting rude attitude to add insult to injury...

I used my Wal-Mart master card but was unable to get the fuel discount at the pump or by paying the attendant.

I go to Murphy because everything is cheaper but every time I go to this one service is so slow

For numerous visits, the receipt printers at various pumps have not been printing receipts at this location. I try different pumps with different visits, but all fail to print a receipt when I attempt to pay at the pump. Since speed and convenience are important, I am highly dissatisfied with this recurring problem, especially when I have to walk to the attendent, wait 2-3 minutes in line, and in various, unpleasant forms of foul weather. The only reason I continue to get gas here is due to gift cards that I have been given over the last few months, but once they run out (shortly), I plan to find a more convenient place to purchase my gas.
