Couldn't Pay at the pump so I had to walk in to pay and it was a long line of people

I have been using the Walmart MasterCard at location #7243 since Sept 2014 and have always received a 5 cent per gallon discount since then. Today I did not receive this discount. I went into the station and was told only rewards bonus points would be accredited. When did this change take affect and no forewarning. Hopefully you'll contact me with my dissatisfaction Rdo.37@sbcglobal.net or 708-755-7694

Paid with WalMart MC and didn't receive my discount on gas price. I was in a rush so didn't have time to inquire inside because they were busy. Disappointed-thought the discount was automatic at pump.

Atendant did not greet was rude was asking question look rite at me as if i was a ghost

Attendant shut pump 16 off. Attendant thought pump 16 was pump 15. Pump 16 (me) was filling up on credit card. Pump 15 paid 10.00 cash. Attendant saw my 12.37 gallons, came outside and shouted,'Hey pump 16, you went over your 10.00" Both pump 15 and 16 were shut off in haste. I think the silver haired lady was new, all alone and overwhelmed on a busy weekend night. I did the subtraction for pump 15 so she could get her 10.00 worth on the second pumping. As a result of my pump 16 stopping, I nicely walked in and asked the attendant, why my pump had stopped pumping. She explained she by mistake shut my pump off. I asked her what do I do now to finish filling up and she said I needed to do a second transaction, in other words, another pumping. I replaced everything, got a receipt and started a second transaction. This went off without a hitch. The attendant came yelling out to who I do not know, I did not realize she was talking to me. I did not realize I was on pump 16 until I looked up and saw the sticker on the pump. I made sure pump 15 was ok and I finally filled up, so I am ok, but I am not sure of the attendant. I am saying prayers for her and I wish management to know this.

Your sign states that 2% of the purchase amount is discounted if you use a Walmart credit card. Your pump did not give me the discount. The clerk said she could not do anything about it. I paid with a Walmart credit card.

after accepting credit card at pump, attendant turned off lights and pumps, closing station without warning or announcement while five customers were attempting to purchase gas. I've purchased fuel much later in the past, I thought this was a 24 hour station.
