At the time I needed gas the price was high. Also the pump would not accept my credit card. I had to go inside and give the attendant my credit card and go back to the pump to get the fuel I needed and then go back inside again.

a gas station is a gas station

There is very little room inside the gas station. So if there is 3 or more people inside at the same time you are cramped together and can't get inside of the drink coolers.

Price of gas should be lower...

pricing all stations in area exactly the same

It takes forever to get through all the questions before you can pump your gas. Being a single female. Having to get gas at a late time in the evening. You just want to get your gas, pay for it and be on your way.

I believe that there are always things that can be improved on in most all situations

I had stopped at this location on July 20th at 10:58PM. The pumps were still on but by the time I got the pump to approve my credit card I only got 4 cents pumped and the attendant turned the pumps off. I went up to the window and he said they were closed and would not let me fill up. Where I work we close at 10PM but if a customer is still in the store we do not tell them we are closed and they cannot buy what they have in their basket. That is about the worst customer service you can have. I did not intend to go back to this location again. The only reason I stopped yesterday was I thought I would need more than $75 and I could pay inside after I filled up. My truck many times takes over $75 to fill it up and I hate it when the pump stops at $75 and I have to enter my card again many times per-authorizing my card for another $75.

No real reason except she is the manager and never know what kind of mood she's going to be in
