Murphy USA

The fluctuation of gas prices. It jumps .25 in day then only trickles down .02 -.03 every few days. It would also be nice if you would consider different locations for just the MURPHY USA Stations. Since there is a Walmart in the County.

Out of my brand of cigs, but still bought a different brand because price is still good

They never have cartons of my cigarettes and they always have to go to the back to look but they don't have them. Then the people on line behind me get very angry for the wait, it's embarrassing.

When I walked in the cashier had her back to me, stacking cigarettes. Since she refused to turn around I finally said, "Hello? Excuse me?" She looked at me, said "Hold on-I need to finish this". Which she did. It took at least 5 minutes while I just stood there and the line grew. When I finally got rang up the fuel additive price was incorrect. I pointed it out and she told me I was wrong. I double checked the sign and the price on my way out-it did ring up a dollar more than advertised. I'll be driving to shell from now on.

The attendant which is an middle-aged lady is always extremely rude at the Owosso, Michigan, location. Two younger gentlemen used to work here but I haven't seen them in a month or more and they were extremely nice and helpful, but not this lady! She needs a class in how to speak nicely to the customers and not slamming the register closed and being sarcastic with the customers. Rude=No business and word of mouth is powerful!

Two cars were pumping gas when I pulled up at 10:58 PM. My credit card approved at the pump and I started to pumping and the pump shut off at 4 cents. I went to the window and ask why the pump quit . He said they were closed. Once I started pumping fuel I should have been allowed to finish my purchase especially since my credit card had already been authorized. Having my credit card pre authorized for $75.00 and only getting 4 cents of fuel did not make me want to visit Murphy USA again. I had to go down the street and fill up at Meijer which I had passed on my way to Murphy USA. This is one of the most disrespectful acts I have ever encountered from a company. Two associates that were more concerned at going home that they would completely ignore a customer already pumping fuel and shut the pump off. I have been clocked out and in the parking lot on my way home before and met a customer of mine and went back into work and helped them off the clock. But then I care about the company I work for and put my customers first. These two associates could care less about your customers. This was station 7246 in Owosso, MI. Rude to say the least was your two associates.

Digital sign on East side is not working. This sign hasn't worked in too many Months to remember. With the amount of people in / out daily you think u want this working to look nice. If its because your waiting for part to fix it. Heck its been this long just replace the whole sign. Your customers will appreciate the chance to see what price is before getting to pump. Unless the management doesnt care what people think.........
