I normally go to Sheetz to get diesel but a friend suggested I try Murphy's because there is rarely a wait and the staff is super friendly (unlike Sheetz which always has an ungodly line for the diesel pump and the register, and is difficult to get in/out of). It was easy to get into the lot and there was no wait for the diesel pump. According to my receipt Megan was my cashier. I'm so used to cashiers being cranky or distant but Megan was a real pleasure to chat with as was the woman stocking the cooler. I originally was going to pay at the pump but pushed the wrong button and turned the pump text into Spanish, so I just went up to the register to pay instead of trying to figure it out. I waited maybe 1-2 minutes in line since almost every pump had a car pumping gas and coming to pay. While I waited I chatted with the woman who was stocking the coolers. Megan told me you had a great deal on Hershey bars and my boyfriend is a big chocoholic so I picked up two of them on a whim for him. He was very happy! I will certainly be returning to Murphy in Mebane when I need diesel. I tend to frequent places that offer "Southern Hospitality" and Murphy/Megan certainly did!

Pamela was very courteous, as always. I was greeted by name, and she asked how things were going in my life. I really appreciate the attention that she showed to me. I will certainly be back to visit her!

I most always visit this Murphy USA for gas, cigarettes, etc. I usually like the prices of what I want to purchase.....although I did go past another MurphyUSA not far from this one that lower gas prices. I must check internet next time since I'm on limited income.
