You must have a bunch of morons for regional and national management. This is the thousandth time I have had the same complaints and you morons do nothing about it. It is a dangerous location waiting for an accident to happen with the narrow and lane and then you morons placing rolling displays in the lane. Also, it has been too crowded for years and too small. Rebuild it idiots! The gasoline price is very good though and that is the only reason I keep coming back.

Lois was very disrespectful and was playing way too much, I waited in line a good 10 minutes in line due to conversations she was holding with other customers, when I finally got to the window she was very sarcastic and snoody, I was very dissatisfied with my visit to murphys today.

I was at the pump trying to get gas @ pump 5, when it kept stopping and then I would push the button again and it would stop working again. I got $1.60 worth of gas until I went up to the attendant at the window. I told her it seems that the gas is about to go out. After I left I went to another pump then it turns out that one kept stopping and going as well. And while I was at that pump the attendant never put up a sign for pump 5. And I saw that the person at that pump was having trouble like I was. I feel like all of this could have been avoided if there were signs that told us the gas was out. I hope that I won't have any troubles with my car because I feel like I was only able to put air in the tank due to the pump stalling. You can feel the difference when the gas is coming out versus nothing coming out

The attendant did not know where the applications were for the Murphy Visa card. She did not know how to operate the discount procedures at the pump. She could not answer several questions. I also did not like the fact that the passageway to the attendant window was lined with items for sale so that customers could not keep an eye on their cars for security while paying for drinks, ect.

the card reader was not working . finally had to do a prepay , but that was a hassle too .

I used my walmart card to get a discount but I did not receive it. All the pumps were not working causing traffic problems.

The price at the pump was listed at 206.9 with a discount of 203.9 if I used a Walmart gift card or credit card. I used the Walmart credit card and was charged 206.9. I brought this to the attention of the attendant. He called his supervisor. I felt completely disrespected by the supervisor, but he did nothing to correct the situation. The next customer will have the same problem. I live in Durham and this station is located in Mebane. Because their gas price is usually better than Durham, I often drive the 20 miles to do business there. Yes, I am highly dissatisfied with my experience tonight. The supervisor's customer service skills need some serious attention.

There was a special discount of $0.10/gal on fuel with purchase of specific items. The attendant had no idea how to handle the purchase in order to generate the discount or how to apply the discount to the fuel purchase. They also showed no desire to resolve the matter or get assistance so we could make the purchase. We got our money back for the drinks & snacks and went elsewhere for fuel.
