Murphy USA

There's always room for improvement.

That was the first time I visited that particular Murphy's USA. I don't come through there often. I most likely will be coming back through there again.

I like to pay at the pump, but today I was unable to pay at the pump. I had to leave my car and speak with the attendant. One of the reasons I chose the Murphy gas is for the convenience of paying at the pump. I will revisit in hopes to have the convenience of paying at the pump next time. :)

Friedly service and was informed of specials on products. Gas prices were very competetive.

Pump keypad not working. Otherwise moved to another pump and everything ok.

The area is highly populated with visual obstructions and I am afraid of being in a wreck.

Last four visits there was no windshield cleaner. Notified attendant, said the previous person on duty was suppose to do that job but he would check. Nothing. One time did not print receipt--out of paper. Told attendant, no action. Last visit, the pump would not accept my Murphy card, went to attendant, she said to go ahead and pump and then come back to her for my receipt. I just drove to another pump and worked ok. I will keep using this Murphy as this is a small town and it is very convienent but this is getting very old in a hurry. Maybe proper training would help some. Thanks

I couldn't use my card at the pump, had to go to the store window to swipe my own card just like I had at the pump. Don't make sense.
