card reader reject 3 different credit cards

The “Card Reader Security Seal” wasn’t even attached to the pump on both sides. I wouldn’t have used it, but I had already swiped my card when I saw it. I have had a card number stolen at a pump before. Once after noticing I did bring it to the attendant’s attention and nothing was done.

The employees are rude and unfriendly.

The long line made me late for work

Murphy's is the only place I have problems that the pumps will not read my card. When I am on trips and other use I never have any problems, only when I full up at Murphy's. It makes me wonder how will you keep your pumps in good working order and are right on the fuel readings.

Gas did not last as long as it should have.

90% of the time I go to this station for gas, cigarettes and snacks. Sometimes I go to the station on Bell Staff at this location are very friendly and they know what I want. Always smiling. I will return again and again not just for the good prices but for the service these nice folks provide.

the last 3 times i have paid for a car wash the machine tells me 1 more wash & next 1 is free. and it will not give me a free wash. the air dry does not. i will use the pak a sak one in future.

This is my third trip to this Murphy (twice last week, once today, so far) and then one trip to Murphy on Coulter (last week), and all four times you have been totally out of Virginia Slims Blue Carton. Last week, I went on vacation and drove around town trying to find one, only being told the truck would be in at 1. I came back at this location at 1:30 and truck is still not there, which is not the stations fault. Another lady was also asking for a carton of them. I was told today also about the truck being there at 1, so I will try again when I get off work. It seems to be they are in demand, so maybe the managers could realize that and order more. It is so irritating when this is a constant problem.

I paid with a Walmart Credit Card which is supposed to give me 3 cents off and I checked my receipt and was charged the higher amount. I paid $1.91 per gallon and immediately drove by Sam's and their price was $1.77.
