Ok visit.

Always being carded even tho it the same person behind the counter.

They didn't have cartons of Marlboro Lights in the Flip-Top Box, so I had to get soft-pack.

This gas station Has had higher prices than other Murphy’s close by. Now gas is going up significantly, but other Murphy’s are still cheaper. I’m not happy.& I’ve been coming here for years

I needed to just get gas and my last 3 or 4 visits the card reader will not let me use my debit card so i am forced to go in and pay! I stopped again this morning for gas and same thing! So i just left and went to QT across the street. I can use my card there at the pump. When you resolve the issue I may come back but until then I will not be back if I have go inside and wait in line to pay for my gas. Sorry you have lost a customer.

I asked for 6 packs of cigs. Attendant said he had a 5 pack special, I said ok, but I need 6 total, so he said I have a 3 pack special too. I bought 8 packs total and my grand total discount was 60 cents!! Seriously? that's it? I do not consider that worth it to spend over $40 to save 60 cents. NO DEAL!! Probably won't be back!! I go out of my way to come to Murphy's.

I go to buy gas, and there's two prices on the pumps. The regular price, and the lower price if I use my Walmart credit card. I used my Walmart credit card. I went in to see the cashier to complain, and she told me Murphy USA has CHANGED the way the discount is figured: I'm charged the regular price, and the discount will appear on my statement. Excuse me? So now I've got to start saving all my gas receipts, and comparing them against my statement when I get it? WHY?? What's the purpose of the change? Certainly doesn't have anything to do with customer satisfaction! You offer me a discount to use the card, I used the card, and I see no discount. What's the purpose of doing it later? It worked fine before. I suggest you CHANGE IT BACK to what it used to be.

Attendant seemed bothered by me, although she was friendly to all the other customers. She tried telling me cigs I asked for weren't there and I pointed out I saw them. Then I had to ask for my receipt and only then did she tell me about the survey. I went out of my way to be friendly to her and she seemed to have an issue with me just because I am white.

A decent gas station

I actually tried to get gas last night. The lady working was outside replenishing the windshield stuff. She saw me pull in as I was the only one there. I put my card in and the transaction was cancelled...tried again and the transaction was cancelled again...tried for a 3rd time and it was cancelled again. I looked for the employee and she was not in the booth. I went to the other side. She was there - I told her the pump was not working. She mumbled something. I said come again. She screamed the "system is down". Is it because I am WHITE? I don't know but she was rude! Anyhow, said I would return the next day. Not pleased with the way this worker treated me!
