The flow of traffic in and out of parking lot.

They location of my Murphy USA is small hand but there is more customers then there is space so there's always a long wait line need to expand parking lot

The cashier was busy visiting with friend instead of checking us out in the speedy checkout line inside store

it is hard to enter and exit facility. It is hard to get into lines when station is busy.

No reason. I just thought highly satisfied would be something out of the ordinary happening. Satisfied to me means everything was good.
