No paper for the receipt to print at the pump and attendant was visiting with a friend rather than working the register. Then she had to fill the printer to print a receipt.

Before fueling, pump ask if you would like additech. I always press no. This is the second time that additech was added even though I pressed the no button. Love the store but this is very nerve racking at 3.99 a pop. ;) js

If found the actions of Amanda, specifically denying me access at approximately 10:45 PM, roughly 15 minutes before close of business of this location because "the bathroom has already been cleaned for the day" is wholly unacceptable in the face of an emergency need to use the restroom after purchasing gas at your location. I stated it was an emergency and she provided no other answer but "I'm sorry, go to the gas station across the street." Furthermore, the pump time stated on my receipt is not correct. It does not show the correct time I purchased the gas at this location. Following the extremely negative interaction I had with Murphy USA staff, I immediately called following my addressing of need to use of the restroom at the nearby Wal-Mart, ending my call roughly at 11:00 PM. I was promised during the phone call with Murphy USA a call by the customer service rep, Clara, a follow-up phone call from the district manager of this Murphy USA location in Eastland, TX, but I have not in these 5 days since. I cannot in good faith ever patronize Murphy USA ever again without this issue being addressed and in good faith accepted by Murphy USA as wrong, inhuman, and demeaning.

Wife purchased fuel, declined the fuel additive option, was charged for the additive, man on duty told her that "if it charged you for it, nothing can be done about it" Why is it an automatic charge unless declined, as this is confusing, and appears that what one wants to do is not done as expected. Probably our last visit to a Murphy USA fuel station!

The pump did not give a receipt but it usually does. My main complaint is the additech gas additive. This is the most annoying machine of all time. The little tv screen is fine but having to tell it no every time is aggravating when the buttons don't work half the time. At the Eastland Texas (7254) location, the number six pump is so loud you can hear it across the parking lot. I did not mention it to the current attendant but I did mention it to one of the others and he said nothing could be done about it. The location and operation of the store is good but the additech machines are enough to make me go somewhere else. I work for a gas company with approx. 20 employees who also get gas 3 to 4 times a week. I have spoke to a few of them and they share the same opinion. Please remove the additech machines or at least turn them down and change up the opening screen occasionally.

Staff wasn't polite and there was a huge line I shouldn't of had to wait that long just to get gas
