I had to ask the attendant the details of the survey . Although she explained it to the other two customers in front of me but only handed me the receipt.

Where do I begin?! As usual, the nozzle could not be set to allow for a LOW rate of flow. The spout was not screwed on straight. Part of the handle was broken. There was no splash guard. There were no paper towels in the kiosk. Hello...? Hello...? The lights are on but there's no one home!

Had to hold pump to get fuel. Cost of fuel is inflated just like dollars.

it was an everyday normal visit and nothing special happened to make it over the top. i wa able to use my cupons with no issues so it was all good

The digital keypad was not functioning when I attempted to enter my zip code. I had to leave my vehicle at the pump and go to the attendant's cubicle to prepay my gas purchase. I was assured that the malfunction had been previously noted and repair parts were on order.

I'm satisfied, be satisfied. Pump nozzle # 7 was actually working properly!!! I could dispense fuel FAST when I wanted to... and VERY SLOWLY when I wanted to. It was great!!! Extremely rare, but great.
