Uno de los productos que venden ahí compré dos de los filtros para dejar de fumar y hablé con uno de los trabajadores que trabajan ahí y le dije que los filtros no servían Porque nomás lo puse y me duró como 3 segundos y les dije que hablaron con alguien porque yo no iba a comprar eso ya y había más clientes ahí es todo el problema que ha tenido hoy

No specific reason, just chose satisfied. I always receive good service at this particular location.

Lately multiple pumps have been out of service and you don't see it on some until you pull up to pump. Then, you have to drive around and find another available pump.

The issue with the pump was that when the fuel stopped being pumped, the amount of money I owed kept increasing. I hung the nozzle up at $13.59 then I promptly told the attendant the issue I was having. I told her that I was not going to dispute the error since there was no way to prove it. I left to take care of other errands. I decided to return after 30 minutes just to make sure there was no skimmer on the pump. When I returned, the pump had been taken out of service. Kimberley told me that she pumped $0.10 worth of gas and the pump kept running the tab up to $6.00 so yes, there was an issue with that pump. Without asking Kimberley found my transaction and returned to me in full the amount of money I paid. I was so impressed with this young lady's decision making abilities that I thanked her and told of an experience from a competitor where their pump malfunctioned and I ended up spilling over $10.00 worth of gas on the ground. At that store they were willing to refund my money, but I had to return the next morning when the manager was there. I was very upset that no one on duty had any decision making abilities that I have never returned. That certainly won't be the case here.

It's not that I had a problem. Im mostly in and out I guess since theres a line. The attendant just usually circles the instructions for the save. 10 a gallon but overall clean and cheap gas. I live in Tyler but I come to Lindale to this Gas Station for cheaper gas

It was very crowded. And rainy. Can you make the weather nice when I need to fuel up?

Just happened that the attendant was outside of the kiosk performing other duties when I was making my purchase. But as soon as she saw me waiting she promptly came to serve me!

the pump handle I used would shut off while fueling. I did finally finish but got less than intended because of the malfunction of pump handle.

The spaces between pumps are too small
