I pay at the pump. Everything is so automated. Before I finish pumping gas, I would like to have the person in the office announce over the speaker at the pumt that there are snacks in the office and more info about offers from Murphy USA. Let's not loose the personal touch completely. I use the self-checkout in the store. It's great that you empower the costomer, but the customer is still a person. Needing that person-al touch.
