This was my 3rd visit over a period of approximately 2+ weeks & you were out of Murphy branded cigarette lighters. The attendant stated they were out in a very abrupt/curt manner & didn't even apologize for it. When you are out of a product such as this, your attendants should have the latitude of offering a similar product for the same price. I believe an alternate cigarette may be about $.20 more. In my business, we do just that & we APOLOGIZE for the inconvenience as well. Excellent customer service used to be a key element of this location, but I haven't experienced that in some time.

The disrespect of the person inside because of no paper to print a receipt. She was deliberate with her attitude I did not feel was necessary. If her job had been complete I would not of had to go inside for a printed receipt. She is not a person to work with the public and not what Murphy need representing their company.

The attendant was on the phone as she checked out multiple customers including myself, which was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She did not say a word to me as I asked for scratch-off lottery tickets. The only word she spoke to me was the amount due. One of the pumps was not working, and a customer was trying to get help but the process was slowed because of the attendant being on the phone and several people in line at checkout.

atttendant has too much bad attitude

I know that 12/25/15 was a holiday and the "store" was closed but you should have also caused the self-service pumps to display a message that they were not operational for card purchases. Every indication was that they pumps were functioning. I and several other customers put our cards into the pump and were directed to choose our product and begin fueling. After several minutes of waiting none of us were receiving any gasoline. It would have been nice to have known this before we went to the trouble of trying to purchase fuel.
