The cashier looked like she didn't want to be there. She lacked good customer service skills, and was not very friendly. She didn't greet, thank me, not invite me back. She also didn't recommend any additional products, such as maybe a lighter to go with my cigarettes, or a drink, as it was very hot today. Upsales and customer service are key.

I didn't make any money, I had to spend some.

We paid for $ 40.00 gas. The pump stopped at $18.89. Had to go in and show receipt to get the rest of the gas paid for and attendant acted like he didn't care that pump messed up. Had to prove it to him.

I always come to Murphys, the cashiers are very friendly, it's always clean and the gas is cheap

Being "highly satisfied" would entail you guys paying me for visiting your establishment!

The key pad on pump number 1 to pay at pump does not work so I went inside to pay and got stuck behind someone with nothing better to do than play lottery.

I expected the gas to be a lower price

I was satisfied with my visit. This is an average store, with average gas prices compared to all other stations in the area.
