The wait for the pump was very long. The station was not very clean.

There wasn't very many choices on the oil I could buy at this location, and it wasn't very well organized.

Price of fuel is increasing.

When I was trying to pay at the pump it would keep canceling the transaction so finally I paid at the register.

Its a good location just a lot of traffic

The speed of the service could've been faster.

Only issue is the small parking lot. When it's busy it's a nightmare trying to get around. Best to avoid during busy hours

It was an average interaction, nothing specific worth mentioning. I do appreciate being able to purchase cigarettes by the carton. Inside the Walmart store they act like they have never sold a carton before, and they do not offer any discount for purchasing a carton they just ring up ten individual packs. The entire reason I buy by the carton is to save a bit of money otherwise there is no real incentive to purchasing in bulk. Thank you for taking a moment of your day to actually listen to my feedback. It is rare in this age for people, or companies, to actually solicit a customers opinion as to their satisfaction with services and products purchased. The industry as a whole is far too dependent on computer derived metrics to ascertain the satisfaction level of services offered to a customer. And often the sterile feedback data does not tell the whole truth pertaining to the satisfaction of the consumer. So I say 'cudos' to whoever actually reads this, and I hope in some small way it has an impact on understanding what a customer perceives as a pleasant interaction and not just another sale. P.S. Have a good day, I'm sure the rest of your duties will not be as interesting!

Employees are great and friendly. Prices are great and I don't have to wait in line forever! The location is great! Hope I can win one sometime! Thanks
