It's not that I wasn't "highly satisfied"....I guess I just decided to select the "satisfied" radio buttons during the survey.

Because of the customer service and time it took to complete the transaction. I really like the prices of cigarettes and fuel. I always recommend your establishment over Marco and Exxon nearby.I hope to win your gas card!! Thanks for your time and consideration.

It is not easy to get a big truck to the diesel pump at this place and the diesel pump handle is usually nasty. This time there looked to be a puddle of diesel on the ground. All in all it's a fine experience.

I pay at the pump to avoid having to avoid having to stand in line tp see the attendant. When the printer is NOT working my reason for paying at the pump is negated. This particular printer has apparently been out of order for some time. I would think someone would fix it. Would you agree? My overall rating is based on the fact nothing has been done to update and modernize this facility since it opened. If you want to improve service and increase your customer service rating maybe you should give some consideration to some facility improvements and modernizing the pumps.

I love this gas station because it is a convenient location to home and has 3 pack specials making the cigarettes cheaper than anywhere else around, but I hate the parking lot. It is an accident waiting to happen. I doubt there is a way to fix it, but it is very dangerous.

the attendant seemed upset upon my arrival at the window. She was not friendly and seemed in a bit of a hurry. I asked for a carton of cigarettes and she gave me 10 packs. I did not question her and she did not ask if 10 packs would be ok. She did tell me about the survey but was very short and did not say thank you kiss my tail come back.
